BAHASA MALAYSIA

Just like the English Language, the first stage is to introduce new words to the children. Bahasa words are introduced through:

• Greetings
• Naming games using objects or pictures
• Naming things in the environment
• Music and movement
• Learning new vocabulary thematically

Reading

Reading in this language is introduced through:

• Sound of vowels
• Reading sukukata
• Reading combination of sukukata to make short words
• Vocabulary enrichment
• Reading sentences
• Reading books
• Tatabahasa
